As soon as you walk in the door, you will be served food and drink to help nourish your body and mind, as you prepare for a refreshing and invigorating experience. After some conversation with other like-minded women, your focus will shift solely to serving yourself.
This includes: a mini-meditation, the silencing of that pesky cell phone and an empowering panel of women offering their insight on how to unlock your infinite potential through helpful and practical tools, tips and techniques. Because being empowered and inspired is one thing, but gaining the tools necessary to build better habits and a more fulfilling life takes practice. And practice takes an action plan.
