What do Michelle Obama, Hillary Clinton, Oprah and Anna Wintour all have in common? They wake up super early and get their day started before 6 a.m. Yes, you read that right, BEFORE 6 a.m.
Following in the footsteps of some of the world’s strongest and most successful women, Ace is excited to bring this morning mindfulness series to Toronto, designed to kick-start your day, develop positive new habits, build community and help set intention for living your life to its fullest expression.
As soon as you walk in the door, you will be served food and drink to help nourish your body and mind, as you prepare for a refreshing and invigorating experience. After some conversation with other like-minded women, your focus will shift solely to serving yourself.
This includes: a mini-meditation, the silencing of that pesky cell phone and an empowering panel of women offering their insight on how to unlock your infinite potential through helpful and practical tools, tips and techniques. Because being empowered and inspired is one thing, but gaining the tools necessary to build better habits and a more fulfilling life takes practice. And practice takes an action plan. With a new theme monthly ranging from knowing your worth to self-care, sex education and finding balance, there is something beneficial for every woman regardless of your age, background or career.
So, less talking and more action. Less wishing and more doing.
At Toast, together, we can put pen to paper, our minds to work and pursue the life you envisioned for yourself.
